These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Arive ("we", "us", "our") products and services, including arive.vip, the Arive consumer app, Arive Connect, and the Arive API (collectively, the "Services").
1. Use of services
You agree to use the Services in compliance with applicable law and only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for any content you upload, including menu items, photos, and 3D assets.
2. Subscriptions & fees
Standard plans are billed flat-fee, monthly or annually. Loyalty Partner is billed at 2% of in-network spend, calculated daily. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Loyalty network
The Arive loyalty network operates a shared point pool. Restaurants on the Loyalty Partner tier issue and accept points across the network according to published rules. Arive reserves the right to adjust network economics with 30 days notice.
4. Acceptable use
No spam, fraud, abuse, or attempts to game the loyalty network. Repeated violations may result in suspension.
5. Liability
The Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees you've paid us in the prior 12 months.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email at least 14 days in advance.
